The parcel had yet to be delivered.
Delivery note says it was attempted at 05h51 in the morning - what postal service does so at such an anti-social hour?
Also, the system says it is being re-attempted, but there was no note put through the door.
Overall, a poor performance so far. Could do much better with your communications and processes.
