Hello, it's ironic that I've been sent a "write a review" as I was looking for an address to complain.
Yesterday we received our parcel, we had a not pushed through the door with a note saying "your parcel had been left behind the cupboard"
It didn't stop raining yesterday and the delivery man left our wedding invitations outside, on the ground in the rain!
So extremely upset
