I booked a collection on a Thursday afternoon to be collected from Essex on the Friday and paid extra for a deliver the Saturday however the courier did not read the collection details correctly and it failed, they then re-booked it for the following Monday however changed the delivery for the Saturday after !!!. It took me 4 attempts at contacting iPost to get a partial refund for the Saturday delivery and organise a more suitable delivery time.
Not a great service and I will not be using again.
