The parcel I was expecting left the original premises on Friday 14th Feb. I was told that it would be with me on Saturday 15th Feb as it was to be delivered within 24 hours. I did not leave the house as I was told that it could come at any time.I did not receive the package on that day.
The parcel contained mannequin dolls to do a first aid practical and was needed for Monday 17th (am). They did not arrive for the observation and I had to cancel my meeting. They arrived on Monday 17th at 1.30pm.
I am therefore not pleased with the delivery.
