Normally service is okay but now poor due to latest job.
Collection time I paid extra for between 11am & 3pm was completely ignored and it was purely by chance that the parcel was collected at all.
Contacted Ipost who refunded my £2 time slot fee.
Fine I was owed that anyway but when I asked for a promo code for my next parcel as an apology I was ignored again.
Parcel2go provides a much better service.
Did you really expect a gleaming review ?
