Not very impressed with service on the whole. A parcel that was due to be delivered on Friday was held up in a depot somewhere and not delivered until Monday. This presented a problem with someone not being at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. I phoned direct to change the delivery address as a result of this but the amendment was not actioned.
Overall in this instance, poor service
