NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTANT !! find a better one !! Failed to collect the first time, I emailed to them the same day. Three days on and still no reply of at least the apology. Replied after 3 DAYS via email saying will collect on the following day. In total the parcel delayed by 5 days and no refund given.
