We were not in on the day of delivery, and on getting home at 23.30 we found a card stating that the delivery was in the blue bin.
I checked the blue bin and my neighbours blue bin as there was nothing in them except recycling.
We contacted the depot and customers services and we're advised that the driver would have to return to our address to check.
We waited in till 15.30 hrs after which we had to go out.
since then we have not heard anything and have contacted the company the order was placed with.
