parcel not collected on the day booked.........no reply to email enquiry as to why this occurred. Item collected following day in the morning but not in the afternoon as requested and paid extra for this service. delivery 1 day late but I paid for next day. Overall very poor and this is the 2nd. occasion this has occurred in a couple of months. I would have to seriously consider my options prior to using IPOSTPARCELS in the future.
