Where do I start. Initial order I found no where to leave special instructions for the driver - the start of my troubles.
Having contacted help and support several times using your contact service I received nothing other than a animated reply. No confirmation that someone was actually helping me.
Frustration. The was paid for to be collected before 12.00 however was not picked up till 4.00 and a day late.
Eventually received my item a day late and at 5.30 in the evening.
Sorry not impressed!!
