Booked pickup for Friday between 13:00 and 18:00, however they didn't turn up. Tried emailing them at 17:50, no answer! Called a number on Monday I found on the web site and was told they couldn't help but the the pickup had been rearranged for that day......unfortunately I was at work. Packaged finally picked up on Tuesday, therefore the delivery for my customer was 2 days late, not happy. Finally got a response to my email on Wednesday offering a 20% refund...a bit late I'd already given my customer a full refund on postage.
