Pathetic service yet again (third time now),ordered an 8am-13.00 collection and they collected at 18.40 almost six hours late,not much use when we were not on the premises from 14.00,thats what a timed collection slot is for.
Will not be using UK Fail / ipost any more due to this.
Sending all my parcels via parcel2go.co.uk now,they collect ON TIME.
