Still waiting for a response to emails (know they arrived as I have had the auto reply to say Customer Care Team will respond shortly) dated March 13th and on 25th twice, still waiting in hope.
I have had polite and helpful service from the Agents that do work for iPost/UK Mail but nothing from iPost. It works great until you need to contact them about something.
