My parcel of wedgwood dinner service arrived, with 2 broken plates, 4 broken glasses, 1 broken saucer, 1 broken serving plate, 1 broken teacup and 1 broken coffee cup. The driver was seen to stack the boxes even though they were marked with fragile do not stack.
Devastated about the cost of replacement.
