We placed our parcel collection request 6 days ago for collection today - Thursday 15th May - and nobody has turned up. No phone call, no email, no explanation. Are we expected to wait in all day tomorrow too? First time we have used Ipostparcels and the last. Never ever using again!!! Totally unreliable, potential customers beware!!!
