An abject failure from many aspects.
1. I received someone else's documents with my consignment number on and the originating post code didn't even send them!
2. I did not receive my parcel and don't know what is happening.
3. I find that I am unable to access a consignment in progress to make any amendments, such as collection date change, should a problem crop up.
