Shocking customer service,
Firstly I didn't receive a text to tell me my allocated time slot for delivery. Because of this I missed the delivery by 10 minutes, I called the company straight away (with difficulty trying to find a phone no) . And they refused to ask the driver to come back to re deliver. Was told it was up to me to find out my time slot. I explained that I work and took time off work to hopefully catch the delivery. As no other day was suitable because I would be at work. I was then told they will only hold the parcel for 5 days or I had to drive to 25 miles away to nearest depot to collect it.
Very poor service and I hope I don't have to deal with this company again.
