Parcel was down for delivery on Friday. It did not arrive, nothing on website, phoned, told system down, could I phone back, did so but phone not answered - 5pm. Checked website Saturday, nothing changed, stayed in just in case there was a delivery. Ditto Monday. Tues morning contacted the sender and explained situation, they came straight back to say there had been a system error on this delivery and the local depot were not aware of the parcel being in their location. Delivered next day; texted with delivery time. Delivery man was lovely, said he kept scanning the parcel but it came up 'not for delivery'. So, not all bad, just a shame about the mix-up.
