Received a text message earlier in the week to say there may be a problem with the delivery of the package and to call a number to talk to their sales team. Was on hold for 10 minutes and didn't have time to be on hold (was at work) so contacted them via email to which I never received a reply.
The package was actually delivered yesterday - delivery man was polite, no problems. Just confused over what was the issue was that I had to call them about.
