Every time I order collection between 8-13 or 13-18 courrier is not there at this time! Once he came 2 times in wrong time to pick up the same parcel! I lost money and when I wanted it back nobody answered me. The only thing why I use ipostparcel is that they come with labels as I often arrange courrier collection for somone far away who can't print label. Delivery is correct but collection sucks!
