'Never Again'
I thought I would give 'Parcel Pete' a go since they offered a delivery slot and to print labels. I made two collections online the first one of which went well and the parcel duly arrived after the weekend. So far, three weeks later the second parcel has yet to be picked up. Whilst this is annoying enough, getting a response from the customer services is even more exasperating with no contact other than an online form. After paying over £11.00 to have labels printed and an after 1300 slot the delivery driver arrived before 1230 and left a card to say that he had been; the card had no time on it. The person from whom the parcel was being collected arrived home at 1230 and called me at 1240 to say what had happened. I contacted customer services who came back to me. I explained that the next collection could not be until 10 days later. Still they attempted to collect the parcel twice - but not on the day I had requested. I am still to hear back from them. I will in future stick with Parcel2go; lesson learned!
