I cannot say much about the delivery, I did not see the driver. He merely put the 2 parcels in the garden by my back door, & put the usual note through the front door. The 2 parcels were each quite heavy though. The delivery was prompt ( within 48 hours), & the packages were in good condition. Although I was at home at the time of the delivery, I had not stayed at home specifically to receive the delivery, this just fits in with my normal working hours. I had, however, put off doing some things that meant I might have missed hearing the delivery driver ring, if he'd gone straight to the front door - ironic!
