After being emailed and text the delivery time between 15.14 and 16.14 i went to the shop and got back at 14.50 to discover that my parcel had been left outside and could be plainly seen by passersby, the delivery driver made no attempt to contact me to inform me that he was going to do this, this also meant that i never signed for the parcel even though it clearly states that a signature was mandatory on the delivery note stuck to the front
