I've never known a company as bad as IPOST PARCELS / UK MAIL.
They NEVER EVER reply to emails.
They can NOT be contacted by phone.
They NEVER EVER reply to online form submissions .
Occasionally you'll get somebody on live chat.... who then promises you what you want to hear.... only for it NOT to happen.
You then have to repeat the live chat process day after day after day, speaking to somebody different every time.... with each one promising a solution to your delivery query... only for it NOT to ever happen.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE !!
