I would give zero star but I can't!
I booked a parcel, they never came to pick it up, you can't call them because customer service doesn't exist at this company.
I had to drop the parcel off. After 6 days the parcel was still in England, they emailed me that I have to do a new invoice and type it no handwriting. They never told me that at the first place! What can you do if you don't have the facility to do
It? When you book their "service' they are saying you need just a printer! The staff is so rude and arrogant! I hope they won't survive with this attitude! To make a complaint that is just impossible! They treat the customers very badly.
Do not book anything with them because you will get just a stroke and you will lose your money!
