Utterly dreadful courier company, simply the worst I have ever used. They make Parcelfarce seem professional!
I used them for many, many business parcels through UK and exports. They claim that exports are a different company but accept them at the same depot counter. When something goes wrong, as it invariably does, it's pass the buck time. Impossible to get any sort of customer service.
I could spend all day highlighting their incredible incompetence and lack of care.
Won't even contemplate using any of their group names ever again.
