First impressions - not good - if the driver of VX14XBS is anything to go by. I'm parked legally on a road when VX14XBS pulls up alongside me - two wheels on the road and two wheels on the pavement and blocks the road. Almost immediately cars start coming from the opposite direction and cannot pass as he has blocked the road. A female member of the public has watched him park and asks him why he has parked like he has. In an abrupt uncouth manner replies that he isn't gonna park down the street when his delivery is here (and points to a house) - even if it inconveniences everyone else. Unbelievable!
