Thank you for the opportunity of reviewing your service. Frankly it was appalling. A customer waited in all day for a collection that should have been before 1p.m. we were finally able to ascertain that the driver had broken down - but why not inform the customer or the client waiting? In the event, the parcel, which should have been delivered on Friday to us, arrived on Monday. No recourse from yourselves, no apology, no offer of refund. Will we as a company be using you again - most certainly not.
