I had a parcel delivered yesterday, 24hr express delivery, thanx for that! Only thing you could do to improve your service is, to let the customer know roughly what time you are going to deliver.
I work night shifts and had to wait up all day, whilst between shifts, for a delivery that didn't arrive until after 6pm.
