When things go wrong????
Sent a parcel to Glasgow which arrived smashed I paid for insurance but was told it wasn’t covered They were happy to take my money for the cover. It doesn’t cover glass pottery or anything not flat packed There is no one to contact just email rhetoric. I have an unhappy customer and am £300 down. Looking at the damage the item has been thrown or dropped from a huge height This company may be cheap but it’s very amateur
