Am affaid it's a thumbs down. Parcel that was meant to have been with me on the 23th July took a week! Only due to me emailing every day. To later find out that you had been making contact at the wrong collection address. In the end the sender kindly went out if his way and took the parcel to the nearest depot. Parcel arrived yesterday wasn't left on my porch as requested !! But left on my pathway. Part refund has been mentioned but not seen as yet.
