One of your drivers never delivered my parcel! I find it disgusting that your asking for feed back when you don't even have the common curtesy to explain why my parcel still has not been delivered.
No note was left and I am still without my parcel. I think at the very least a call to explain what has happened might have followed but no you send a feed back link?
I am giving you 24 hours to deliver my parcel otherwise I am reporting it as theft to the police as quite clearly you have stated it was delivered by your driver!
