I have been regularly sending 4-5 record players a week via Ipost but in past 6 weeks they have managed to cause damage to at least 5 of them, These are all well packed inside and out using large double wall boxes,
This has cost me about £900 in the last 6 weeks in returns and postage
One customer who returned one record player to me saw the driver throw it into his van.
All my parcels are marked fragile I suppose this does not means anything to Ipost staff.
A few weeks ago I did message Ipost with my concerns using there Contact form on there webpage but no one at Ipost has even bothered to respond to this.
I think I will have to go to court to take a small claims action against them.
IF THE QUESTION IS "DO I RECOMMEND IPOSTPARCELS" THEN THE ANSWER IS NO!!!!!!! i THINK ITS TO SAY GOOD BYE TO IPOST & HELLO UPS
