I waited in home all day for my parcel and checked the delivery slot online only to be told that at first it was delayed and then put out for delivery the following day,yet the parcel should have been delivered within 24 hours. I subsequently called UK Mail and they said the driver attempted delivery but the house was inaccessible and he left a card (total and utter rubbish)
This was a total inconvenience to me and I had to book an extra day off work...AVOID!
