I paid £1 extra for an address label to be delivered by driver collecting the parcel, but when he came the driver did not supply any label and said 'he didn't do paperwork' and left without providing the address label I'd paid for or any receipt. I hoped he was actually the bona fide collection service agent and that wouldn't be the last anyone would see of the parcel. The parcel did not arrive at destination on specified day, and when it came late, the contents were badly damaged. I have made several attempts to contact customer services to discuss, but cannot get through by phone (placed in a queue for 10 mins on 3 occasions now), and my email enquiry has still not been acknowledged. About as poor as a customer experience can you can ever get!!. If I Post Parcels are reading this, perhaps they could kindly get in touch!!.
