The driver clearly didn't attempt delivery three times in a row, my customer kept contact with me the whole time to inform me about the status of the consignment.
I find ipostparcels quite difficult to use sometimes. if there is a problem it can take days to get a response from customer services and when they do you need to answer stock questions that take a day to respond to, questions like can you confirm the address? etc, it annoys me, I'm not stupid i am able to check details quite effectively and do before every booking, .
If you are sending stuff privately then go right ahead but for business use i would say use another courier as the sense of urgency with ipost isn't the best.
