Very very poor. Claimed they had tried to collect a parcel when they hadn't. Claimed they had tried to deliver the same parcel when they hadn't.Attempts to telephone them are a waste of time and money, they keep you hanging on for several minutes and then cut you off.
Do not use, there are loads of cheaper and more reliable couriers around.
