UK Mail are the most inefficient company I have dealt with. My package was not delivered, I was told it was left in the porch, I do not have a porch, then I was told it was left outside my house, it was not. I attempted to contact UK Mail all day and only managed to speak to someone on two occasions, once I was told someone would ring me back, they did not then I was told the driver would ring me and deliver the package - no call no package. The package was for a special birthday tomorrow!
