My latest parcel from this company came damaged, part torn/open and looked like it had been hit by other larger parcels or even got wet then dried out type of look, although the contents were ok inside (they was also in a box), there could have been more care. If they box was accepted from the sender like this, it should be clearly noted on collection by a signature from the sender to negate the issue being caused in transit.
