We had a box delivered containing two model buildings for a garden railway, and both were broken. One of them was particularly badly damaged, despite having a fair amount of padding around it.
The box was clearly marked 'fragile' too, so we were very disappointed for our son, whose birthday present it was. Very poor, I'm afraid.
