These fools lost the invoices attached to the parcel. Now there mailing mea day later saying i have to fill in a form (but not by hand) then sign it..so i have to print it... & return it to them.. so i have to scan it.. They had all this info when i made the booking so it online. I cant even call them to complain as theres no phone number, not even in the mail they sent me.
I wont be using them again
