When I booked the service thought it was next day service, only to find out 3-4 days delivery, opted for driver to bring labels.
When driver collected I was a little worried as driver had no labels as depot printer wasn't working which I found unacceptable.
Parcel was delivered ok,
Would have to think to wether I would use again instead of other couriers
