Paid for next day delivery and only got package 6 days later.
Made a lot of follow up calls and personnel seems not to even know what they are to do.
At first they did not even know where the parcel was. Or mixed up with other parcels in the warehouse.
Then lies about train delays. All the crab. They showed very little concern to the frustrations of client.
Worst delivery service I have ever seen.
