I am not satisfied with this service, because the collecting time was one day delayed without informing me and the deliver was at 10 pm on the next day.
Meanwhile, the customer service is always busy. I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get connected to adviser.
Although I got the package in the end, the service had wasted a lot of my time. I don't think I will use UK Mail again in my life time.
