My parcel was originally due on the 11th but when I tracked it the website stated it was delayed. I signed up to get a text alert when it was next on the delivery run.
I arranged for a re-delivery on the 15th. I stayed in all day and sent an e Mail at 6pm when nothing had arrived and I hadn't received a text.
The item then arrived about 6.30 but I still did not receive the alert to say that I was the next delivery.
A waste of my whole day both on the 11th and 15th
