In an email I was told I would be contacted with a delivery time-I WAS NOT.
I checked on line and was told delivery would be between 13.08-14.08..so fine I popped out in the morning as I knew I would be back in plenty of time.
I arrived back before 13.00 only to find parcel had been left on shelf by front door.
Luckily it was still there.
What is the point of being able to track delivery times on line if they are not kept to.?
