I had two deliveries yesterday - absolutely no idea who delivered what, you know how it is. However, the one I suspect is yourselves was underwhelmingly normal. Knocked on door and by the time I answered it (I was upstairs), the delivery man was already en route to plan B (leave with neighbour). I had to carry the box from neighbour's wall into house (no real hardship, but ...) and as he waltzed up the road he shouted "what's your name?" ... No different to many previous Royal Mail deliveries really - certainly no improvement. At least my parcel wasn't left in the dustbin - which once happened. ;-)
