Ordered some batteries online but never arrived,but signed for by "someone"??.
Contacted supplier who tried in vain to get answer from UK MAIL/IPOST.
Had to conduct door to door enquiries locally to try and locate parcel again to no avail.
Supplier had to resend order and launch investigation.May involve Police.
Strange how UPS , Parcelforce and yodel have had no problem finding us and delivering several items this week.
