I have only ever had 2 deliveries from UK Mail and both were delayed. Neither time was I informed of the delayed and had to track it myself. I am very unimpressed with their service. If they cannot keep their delivery time slots perhaps they should not work in this area and let the other parcel companies take their parcels as I have never had an issue with any other delivery company.
