It is not my problem that your sat nav cannot correctly locate my postcode. Failing to deliver even though you are in a different village than that on the addressed label on the package indicates a lack of commitment from your driver.
After being unresolved by several emails and after being held in an income generating 0845 telephone queue (either make this a free phone OR employ more staff in your response centre) the parcel was finally delivered 5 days after it should have been.
